Ingredients

  • 4 slices Wholesome Harvest® Stone Ground Whole Wheat Bread, toasted
  • 1 cup plain yogurt, divided
  • ⅛ tsp. pomegranate powder
  • ¼ cup raspberries, divided
  • 3-4 strawberry slices
  • 3-4 peach slices
  • 2-3 basil leaves, minced
  • ⅛ tsp. spirulina powder
  • ¼ cup blackberries, divided
  • ¼ cup blueberries, divided
  • 3-4 small mint leaves
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • ⅛ tsp. açaí powder
  • 1 tbsp. hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp. cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • ⅛ tsp. goji berry powder
  • 1 tbsp. pomegranate seeds

Directions

  1. Divide yogurt evenly among four small bowls.
  2. To first bowl, stir in pomegranate powder. Spread yogurt-pomegranate mixture on one slice of toast. Top with raspberries, strawberries, peaches and basil.
  3. To second bowl, stir in spirulina powder. Spread yogurt-spirulina mixture on second slice of toast. Top with blackberries, blueberries and mint. Drizzle with lime juice.
  4. To third bowl, stir in açaí powder. Spread yogurt-açaí mixture on third slice of toast. Top with blueberries, hazelnuts, cacao nibs and shredded coconut.
  5. To fourth bowl, stir in goji berry powder. Spread yogurt-goji berry mixture on final slice of toast. Top with blackberries, raspberries and pomegranate seeds.
