Strawberry Sweet Pepper Salsa Toast

  • 2 slices White Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread,toasted
  • ¼ cup sweet peppers, diced
  • ¼ cup strawberries, diced
  • ¼ cup blueberries, halved
  • ¼ cup tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 lime, squeezed


  1. Combine peppers, strawberries, blueberries, tomato and onion in a large mixing bowl. Gently toss with lime juice to coat. Spoon mixture onto toast and enjoy.
