Make it a great morning with 9 grams of whole grains per serving.
- 2 slices Wholesome Harvest® Country White Bread, toasted
- 1 egg
- 2 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup spinach
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, fry egg to desired doneness. Top with cheese and cover skillet with the lid to let cheese slightly melt. Remove from heat and set aside.
- On one slice of bread, layer on spinach, avocado, turkey bacon, egg and cheese and top with second slice of bread. Enjoy!
