  • 2 slices Wholesome Harvest® Country White Bread, toasted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cup spinach


  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, fry egg to desired doneness. Top with cheese and cover skillet with the lid to let cheese slightly melt. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. On one slice of bread, layer on spinach, avocado, turkey bacon, egg and cheese and top with second slice of bread. Enjoy!
