- 1 Wholesome Harvest Harvest Grain Baguette sliced into .5” thick pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 12 oz goat cheese
- 3 medium sweet peppers, chopped and sautéed
- 5 oz capers
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brush bread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Top each crostini with Goat cheese, peppers and a few capers.
