A Chipotle Club Sandwich is a delicious treat with a double serving of healthy goodness from fresh veggies and whole grains from Wholesome Harvest Golden Wheat Bread.
- 2 pieces of leaf lettuce
- 4 slices oven roasted turkey breast
- 4 slices Wholesome Harvest Golden Wheat Bread, toasted
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp adobo sauce
- Arrange lettuce and turkey over 2 slices of bread.
- Top with cheese, tomato, avocado and bacon.
- Mix together mayonnaise and adobo sauce, spread over remaining bread slices and place on top of bacon to make sandwiches.
