Give avocado toast a protein boost with the addition of sliced hard-boiled eggs.
- 2 slices Wholesome Harvest® Stone Ground Whole Wheat Bread, toasted
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- In a small bowl, mash avocado with salt. Spread mixture on both slices of toast. Top with sliced hard-boiled egg. Garnish with freshly ground pepper to taste.
